I took Shirodhara shiroabhyangam , Udvartana , nadi swedanam and abhyangam which was really relaxing and helped me a lot with long term body pain and solved constipation issue . It helped me with detoxification and stress relief. This therapy is just awesome and very much relaxing along with the medication that doctor prescribed is a life saver. Last but not the least the behaviour of every staff members with therapist are exceptionally good.
